pests on my eggplants

2 pests on my eggplants. HELP!
Ive noticed 2 pests slowly chewing away my eggplant leaves. First are a group of tiny black gnat looking things. they are the size of a pin head and leave pin head sized hold riddled throughout the leaves. And to boot, Ive noticed these little white grubworm looking things that are chewing the leaves from the tips. sometimes there will be 5 or 6 little grubs lined up slowing working there way down the leaf.

so what are my options to eliminate them?
