Watching my wife infusing green herbs in vinegar and/or oil got me to wondering if I could infuse Comfrey in water in a 1/2 gallon jar rather than the 200 litre quantity I ususally make. I have folded 2 comfrey leaves, inserted them in jar but am wondering if anyone else has tried this, if so, how long until it is ready for use.
